Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
- While the shrimp are roasting, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl to make the aioli.
- Once the shrimp are done, let them cool slightly, then serve with the aioli on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.
