Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, ground cardamom, salt, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to create a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Stack the cooked crepes on a plate and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
