  • 1 cup beef broth 🍲
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded 🧀
  • 1 package (1 lb) refrigerated crescent roll dough 🥐

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add thinly sliced roast beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a greased baking sheet, pressing the seams together.
  5. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and pinch the seams to seal.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice into squares, and serve warm with a side of heated beef broth for dipping.
