Description

A warm, cheesy dip featuring layers of creamy Brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, surrounded by flaky biscuit pieces, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough 🥐
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought) 🍒
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces 🧀
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 🧈
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 🍬
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🧂
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary for garnish 🌿

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a greased 9-inch pie dish, then layer the cranberry sauce on top, followed by the Brie cheese.
  4. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange the pieces around the edge of the dip.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth mixture.
  • Check the dip a few minutes before the recommended baking time to avoid overcooking.
  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes after baking for easier scooping.
