Ingredients
- Lump Crab Meat: 1 pound
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup

- Egg: 1, beaten

- Old Bay Seasoning: 1 tablespoon

- Egg Roll Wrappers: 10-12

Instructions
- Prepare the crab mixture by combining lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the egg rolls by placing 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, folding and sealing it properly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
