Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook the dipped bread in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add shredded cheese on top of each slice, cover the skillet, and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Top with chopped kimchi and optional green onions before serving.
