Description

Carbonara Deviled Eggs are a unique twist on the classic appetizer, combining the flavors of carbonara pasta with creamy deviled eggs, featuring crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs 🥚
  • 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled 🥓
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 🍶
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 🌿
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
  • Optional: Extra bacon bits for topping 🥓

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with cold water, bringing to a boil, then letting them sit covered for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5-10 minutes, then peel them under running water.
  3. Slice the peeled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with extra bacon bits and chopped parsley before serving.
