Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with cold water, bringing to a boil, then letting them sit covered for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5-10 minutes, then peel them under running water.
- Slice the peeled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with extra bacon bits and chopped parsley before serving.
