- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Steam the bao buns according to package instructions or your recipe.
- Assemble the buns by filling them with the beef mixture and serve warm.
